We’re growing here at Lytle Electric, LLC and we need experienced electricians for our team to help us achieve our business goals.

 

I’m Justin Lytle, the company’s founder. I started as a helper working for my father’s electrical company years ago. It’s taken lots of hard work and long hours to create my own company but it’s been a lot of fun and a great learning experience. I’ve taken classes, sought advice from the industries experts and survived it all with the support of my family and friends. I love what I do and am privileged to have the great team we have.

 

At Lytle Electric we pride ourselves on our high integrity and great customer service. Sure, we do great work, but without genuine caring about our customers’ experience, the great work doesn’t mean much. We’ve brought several innovations to our business over the years that are meaningful to our team members and our customers. We try to stay current and apply the latest and greatest technologies to our business and our customer experience.

 

We believe in training, education and team member development and the company is happy to pay for it. We provide all the benefits to our team that we possibly can. We aren’t perfect by any means but continuously strive to improve and become the best electrical company we can be.
